Managing Your Equipment
  1. Go to the Equipment section from the main dashboard or the Menu.
  2. Click the β€œAdd New Equipment” button to open the collapsible entry form.
  3. Fill in details such as:
    • Name (Your name for this piece of equipment)
    • Equipment Type (Select form the dropdown menu)
    • Brand
    • Model
    • Serial Number
    • FAA Registration Number for Drones
    • Purchase Date (use the date picker)
    • Purchase Cost
    • Optional Items: Sale Date, Sale Price, Notes, FAA Certificate & Receipt
    • All entries may be updated later.
  4. Use drag-and-drop to upload or click/tap to select the file:
    • FAA Certificate
    • Purchase Receipt
  5. Click Save to add the item. Your equipment will appear in the list below.
  6. Click on any item to view full details or edit it. You can also delete an entry if needed.

    Equipment Inventory Page
  • Export PDF button will generate a pdf of your equipment inventory page.
  • Action buttons in the Equpment Table:
    • Allows you to view the details of that particular item
      • Within the View pop up, you can select the PDF button to generate a pdf report of that particular item.
    • Allows you to Edit the details of that particular item
    • Allows you to Delete the details of that particular item
