Uploading and Managing Documents
The documents section allows you to store important documents related to your business and drone operations, and is divided into three document sections: SOP, General, and Incidents.
  1. Click on the Document type button to open the appropriate document section, or click on the Documents menu dropdown

  • SOP Documents
    • Click Upload New SOP
    • Document Type Must be pdf
    • Consider SOPs for all operations, including Standard Drone Operations, Motion Picture and Television Operating Manual (MPTOM)
    • SOPs can be viewed, downloaded and deleted from the table

  • General Documents
    • Click Upload New SOP
    • Document Type Must be pdf
    • General Documents have several categories and can be customized. Categories include:
      • Insurance
      • FAA Waivers
      • Event Instructions
      • Policies
      • Compliance
      • Legal
      • Other
    • General Documents can be viewed, downloaded and deleted from the table

  • Incident Reports
    • Click Submit New Incident Report
    • This is a multi-step form for details of any incident, such as a drone crash, with progress section at the top.
    • All fields are optional
    • Clicking on the incident will reveal the header and action buttons to view the full report, edit and delete the report
    • Clicking on View Report will direct you to the full report with a button to view and download the report.
  • After completing all steps, the report will appear in your list.
